SADHANA BHAT

Sadhana is originally from India and immigrated to the United States in early 2000. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mangalore. Sadhana began her professional career in a multinational company, as an Administrative Assistant and later moved on to be a HR Generalist. As she developed an interest in immigration law, Sadhana began to move up within the company specializing in filing employment-based visas and prepared numerous successful employment-based visa petitions.

At Palmer Rey, Sadhana's focus is on work, investment, student visas and family-based green cards. She handles a variety of cases such as F-1, H-1B, E-2, L-1, R-1, O-1, TN, permanent labor certifications (PERM), I-140 immigrant petitions, naturalization and others. She is grateful for the opportunity to help employers diversify and enhance their workforce and also assists families with U.S. legal permanent residency and ultimately becoming U.S. citizens.
